Training Orchestra’s Training Management Software streamlines the entire training process, letting our clients’ teams collaborate effortlessly on session scheduling, resource planning, instructor calendars, budget optimization, reporting and more – while handling multiple locations, languages, and currencies with ease. Our implementation projects range from several weeks to a few months and are handled by our Professional Services team.

As part of this team, the Project Manager is responsible for managing the implementation of the Training Orchestra solution for our clients. This position serves as liaison between the company and the client and ensures that all targets and requirements are met and that projects are successfully completed.



  • Project Management
    • Analyze customers’ business requirements and objectives and validate the configuration of the solution
    • Estimate time frames and resources required to successfully implement the project and develop project plan accordingly
    • Coordinate with client, internal teams, and partners
    • Coordinate, facilitate and document project committees and weekly meetings with clients
    • Follow up and report on projects completion and status
  • Solution configuration
    • Provide consulting services such as requirements analysis, business process mapping, solution design, data import/conversion, configuration of the solution and documentation
    • Participate in end-user training by providing both product knowledge and insight on the client’s business processes and solution design
    • Assist client in data initialization and user acceptance testing effort
  • General
    • Develop and maintain a high level of knowledge of the Training Orchestra solution
    • Mentor consultants
    • Perform other duties as assigned

  • Bachelor of Arts or Science degree, or equivalent experience (required)
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position with a software company or a solution integrator (required)
  • Subject Matter Expertise in Training Management, or in a complex planning and scheduling environment (required)
  • Experience of project management in an international environment (preferred)
  • A second language (ideally French or Spanish) would be a plus

  • Remote position, with limited travel to meet team members and / or clients
  • Position available for candidates from US or Canada, with local work authorization.
